Abstract:

This paper researches the track correlation problem with measuring systematic errors in the radar network and analyzes that how do the systematic errors affect the detected tracks of targets theoretically, then expresses the effect caused by the systematic errors as some rotation and mass motion. So the relative topology relation between targets wouldn’t be affected by the systematic errors. On this basis, a fuzzy binary track alignment-correlation algorithm based on target topology is provided. The algorithm takes the target topology information into account synthetically and constructs the target topology fuzzy element set. Then the algorithm resolves the problem of target track alignment-correlation by using fuzzy information processing theory, and can correlate the target tracks with a good performance prior to registration.
